Check-in
The check-in has to be done the first day of the month by one of our agents
You should bring the following documents ( ID card or passport, working or internship contract andpayments confirmation (rent, deposit and agency fee).
Check-out
Check-out takes place on the last day of your rent agreement. One of our agent will inspect carefully your room and will send a final satement to the agency. You can leave the key directly to our agent at the end of the inventory
You will get back your deposit with in 4-8 weeks after your departure if you leave the room in perfect conditions.
